My Favorite Weight Loss Hacks

My TOP favorite weight release hacks!
 
If you are trying to release excess weight from your body I have some tips for you today.
 

 

About 60% of the American population is overweight or obese, and wanting to drop pounds is very common.

 

I’ve seen some crazy thangs in my 16+ years in the health & fitness industry from weight loss pills to waist “trainers” to vibrating belts!

 

If those things actually worked there wouldn’t be 60% of Americans struggling.

 

Here’s what works:

 

1. Get adequate SLEEP, usually at least 7 hrs to avoid lack of energy and tiredness disguised as hunger

 

2. Eat more whole foods usually in the perimeter of your grocery store or at the farmer’s market, less processed food.

 

3. Consume more vegetables & fruit, with the high water and fiber content you can’t go wrong

 

4. Move more than you are sedentary. Even if you workout— still make sure you are getting in physical activity throughout the day. 10k steps a day goal is a great way to stay active.

 

5. Surround yourself with other health-minded individuals. Birds of a feather flock together and if your friends are more into happy hour than happiness— this will influence your choices and what you believe is possible for you.

 

6. Practice mindfulness, including mindful eating. Mindfulness helps you to be more aware of the choices you make so you respond more than you react when someone brings donuts.

 

7. Educate yourself about the foods you eat the most. If you are eating foods that aren’t helping you achieve your health goals, they are hindering you.

 

Okay I could go on but that’ll get you off to a good start!
