Research shows that fewer Americans are engaging in physical exercise on a regular basis, thus leading to a more sedentary lifestyle. As a result, we have seen a massive increase in obesity, heart disease, cancer, and many other preventable diseases. For the first time in U.S. history, it is estimated that the average life expectancy is predicted to decline over the next 20 years. Much of this can be prevented by physical activity.

Most adults report that the lack of time for exercise is the greatest factor for not exercising. By partnering with worksites to provide on-site exercise facilities, as well as virtual fitness and wellness services, the opportunities for employee exercise increase. This employee benefit has the effect of not only increasing the health and fitness of the employees through decreases in disease risk, but also enhancing the morale and stress management of the employees, thus leading to happier, healthier, and more productive workers.

LSE Health and Wellness provides customizable programming in all segments of wellness both on-site and virtually. To adapt to the ever changing landscape of the modern workforce that is often a hybrid workforce with some people working on site and others working remotely, LSE offers both formats of programs. We provide on-site fitness center management, personal training, group exercise classes, nutritional consults, yoga and meditation, stress management, mental health and wellness and all topics related to wellness. Our professional staff also provide these same services to employees working remotely through live broadcast of classes that employees can participate in from home, virtual one on one and/or small group training, and virtual presentations of wellness topics.  Our fitness professionals tailor the offerings to meet the specific needs of your workplace. 

LSE provides fitness center design and on-going management and training of qualified fitness professionals. High quality programming is provided to all participants focusing on orientation to proper equipment usage, customizing individual exercise routines, and ongoing monitoring of progress and results. In managing the fitness center, LSE will monitor employee usage and provide opportunities to increase employee utilization. Methods for this include special events, fitness classes, fitness education to attract new members, surveys to gauge employee suggestions and interests, promotion of employee health days, and special contests and challenges with incentives for participation.

There's a lot going on in my life as you know, but for the first time in my "entire" life, I actually feel good about my appearance.  I could not be here if it were not for you.
