If Eating Healthy Isn't Fun, You're Doing It Wrong

If you are bored with your healthy eating style, you will likely fall off the wagon or just feel extremely tempted to grab the unhealthy kid snacks stashed in the cupboard.

Eating the rainbow is STILL important, or at least eat a variety of food so that you can benefit from a variety of vitamins and nutrients.

This keeps things interesting and overall, healthier!

If you are bored but you are committed to eating healthy, read on my friend.

How do you get back into the groove of healthy eating with ease... even excitement?

You. Have. To. Keep. It. Interesting!!

You have to incorporate something different, every once in awhile so that you can update your regular go-to menu.

Consistency is key when it comes to all the things, especially a healthy lifestyle but variety is the spice of life.

Uh oh... I think we went a little too cliche but hopefully you get the point.

3 Tips for nutritious, delicious variety in your meal rotation:

1. Use a pintrest board to collect recipes and have one day per week to try a new recipe.

2. You can also collect healthy recipes on YouTube and watch while you cook together.

3. Try doing a recipe swop with friends or family once a month or quarterly.
