When it comes to trying something new,
getting back into the swing of things or
even starting over again…
Usually taking the first step is what gives us the momentum needed to keep going & growing.
Since wellness is a moving target, in other words-- there’s literally NO CEILING to how much wellness we can gain and express in a lifetime—it’s MAJOR to keep taking the “next” FIRST step.
It’s easy to keep researching all the information on the best workouts, healthy snacks and running sneakers to wear but that first step into the gym gives us more feedback than we can ever get in an online article.
